Counselling Programme - 12 Weeks

Service Description

This service will give you time and space in a safe environment to talk about your trauma, to process all the feelings associated with it and give you the tools to manage your emotions in a positive way which will enable you to move forward in the way you want to. This is a 12 week programme, with the option to extend if necessary.
